Dr. Fred Kirumira is a seasoned Ugandan administrator and researcher specializing in healthcare management and medical imaging services. He currently serves as the DVC Finance and Administration, in addition to being the Senior Administrative Consultant at the ECUREI Diagnostic Imaging Centre in Kampala, Uganda.
