Men’s Health & Prostate Diagnostics
Prostate Cancer Screening (TRUS)
A specialized diagnostic procedure using a probe inserted into the rectum to provide high-resolution images of the prostate gland. This is a primary tool for detecting early signs of cancer, inflammation, or enlargement.
Penile Doppler Ultrasound
A functional imaging test used to evaluate blood flow within the penis. This assessment helps clinicians determine if erectile dysfunction is caused by vascular issues, such as poor arterial inflow or venous leakage
Prostate Biopsy
An ultrasound-guided procedure used to collect tissue samples from suspicious areas in the prostate. This is the definitive method to confirm or rule out malignancy and investigate underlying causes of sexual health issues.
Vas Deferens Ultrasound
A high-resolution assessment of the vas deferens to identify physical obstructions or congenital absences. This is a critical step in diagnosing obstructive azoospermia and other fertility-related blockages.
Scrotal Doppler Ultrasound
A detailed scan used to detect varicoceles (enlarged veins within the scrotum) which can impair sperm production. This procedure is also used to evaluate lumps, pain, or inflammation in the testicular region.
