Mrs. Ethel Kyobe
Mrs. Ethel Kyobe is a distinguished Ugandan educator and public servant with extensive experience in vocational education and training. Mrs. Kyobe has dedicated over 40 years to vocational education and training, with 20 years in leadership roles. She has served as the Executive Director of the Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) in Uganda, where she played a pivotal role in developing occupational standards and assessment tools to enhance the quality and relevance of vocational training in the country. Her efforts have been instrumental in promoting Competence-Based Education and Training (CBET), aiming to align vocational training with the demands of the labor market.
